Fast Five
CarTown's Fast Five event (2011) is back in full: build Dom's Charger, race for pink slips in Rio, then pull off the bank vault heist. Each chapter has its own mission in your goals list.
1. Dom's Charger
Dom's Garage is on the GPS (Hot Spots). Click the wrecked Charger and press Start: it needs a free work bay and a worker.
Click the car on your bay to build it. It needs six kinds of parts and 15 elbow grease:
- Parts: buy them for blue points, or press Buy All for everything still missing.
- Elbow grease: 1 blue point each, or have neighbours help. When a neighbour visits your garage, they can click your Charger to add grease, up to 5 a day each, and they earn 25 coins for every one.
With every slot and the grease gauge full, press Continue: Dom's Charger goes into your storage. The wreck stays in the garage, so you can build another.
2. Rio pink slips
Owning the Charger puts the Rio board up in Dom's Garage. Click it, or find Rio de Janeiro under the GPS's Town Racing tab.
Three racers will put their car's pink slip up against your Charger, one after another:

Click the racer's car, press Race! and pick a Charger. A race costs fuel like any town race. Win (a tie counts) and his car is yours, in his own paint; the next racer then steps up.
Every race brings the cops. After each one you have to lay low for 6 hours, or pay 2 blue points for a Diversion and race again straight away.
3. The vault heist
Beat all three Rio racers and Dom's Hideout opens on the GPS (Hot Spots). Click the Police Charger and press Start.
- Assemble your team: fill the six crew places (Brian, Mia, Roman, Tej, Han and Gisele) for 2 blue points each, or Buy All, then Continue.
- Modify the Police Charger: parts and 15 elbow grease, as with Dom's Charger, then Continue.
- The heist: press Start. Two Chargers drag the bank vault through the streets. Shift right before the redline (Perfect!) and use your nitrous (NO2) once between each shift. It takes three perfect shifts and three boosts to get away. How to play in the race shows the steps.
Get caught and it's MISSION FAILED: lay low for 6 hours, or buy a Diversion for 2 blue points and try again.
Escape and you keep the Vault Charger, and the bank vault goes into your storage. Place the vault in your garage: it pays out $1,000 a day. You can do the heist again for another vault.
